Orihuela Costa - Beaches begin to open again

Orihuela's monitoring commission has announced that of the eleven beaches initially opened for water sports for professional and federated athletes, five of these are now open to residents of the Orihuela Costa for walking. Residents who live 1 km from the following beaches will be able to walk during the time zones allowed at: Punta Prima, Cala Estaca, Cala Bosque, Playa de la Caleta and Barranco Rubio. For more than a decade Orihuela's coastal region has been the leading municipality in the new build property sector, building more new homes than any other city in the province in the past decade. Lifting Lockdown - Half of Spain advances to phase 1

As of Monday 11th of May, more than half the population of Spain has been able to enjoy new freedom as Spain's government announced the provinces which would advance to Phase 1 of the 'plan to transition to the new normal'.
