News Flash - Orihuela Costa rated No 1 beach area in Spain

Spain has yet again finished top in the European ratings for its top quality award-winning beaches with ´Blue Flag' statuses.
Blue Flag awards are given to beaches which have exceptional standards of cleanliness, their quality and purity of water in bathing areas. We are proud to say that here in the region of Alicante there have been a total of 86 blue flags awarded, the highest number of any individual province, with the Orihuela Costa area scoring the highest of all in the province with 11 individual blue flags of its own.
